Hyundai Capital America raises $3.25B in bond sale amid post-war market rally

Hyundai Capital America has raised $3.25 billion through a global bond offering, benefiting from improved market conditions following the US-Iran peace agreement. The issuance was divided into four tranches: $400 million (2-year), $1.25 billion (3-year), $1 billion (5-year), and $600 million (7-year), with spreads of 55bp, 70bp, 83bp, and 93bp over US Treasury yields respectively. The spreads were tightened from initial guidance based on strong demand during bookbuilding. The company maintains an A-grade international credit rating from Moody's (A3) and S&P (A-).
